Which process is suitable for surface printing on stainless steel water cups with plastic spray technology?

Due to the popularity of plastic spraying technology and the demand for plastic spraying technology in the market, there are more and more water bottles with plastic spraying technology on the market. In the past three years, large flower printed water cups, which were only popular in Europe and the United States, have also become popular in China. So which process is better for printing patterns in the spray molding process?

Through my personal experience in multiple cases, I will tell you which process is better for spray molding.

Single-color large-area patterns, especially those mainly black, are suitable for roller printing and have the highest cost performance.

The single-color pattern is relatively small and the line outline is relatively thick, which is suitable for pad printing and has the highest cost performance.

Monochromatic patterns, with relatively small patterns and delicate lines, are suitable for water stickers and have the best effect.

Small-area colorful patterns are suitable for stickers with water. The effect is the highest and the presentation is more delicate.

Large-area color patterns, especially those that cover the cup body, should be judged based on the fineness of the plastic powder sprayed. Medium-grained ones can be printed with heat transfer, which is the most cost-effective and has high pattern firmness. For fine particles, you can use water stickers or heat transfer printing. It depends on the complexity of the pattern color and the size of the order.

However, no matter which process is used for printing on the spraying process, the final effect is not as good as printing on the spraying process. Since the spraying process is characterized by particles of different thicknesses on the surface of the water cup, in addition to the water sticker process, , there will be some jagged edges on the edges of the pattern after printing with other printing processes. If the customer has very strict printing requirements, it is recommended to communicate with the spraying process before deciding the production cost.
